The Home Detective - established 1996

How much time does a home inspection take?

Our home inspections are longer than most.  This is because we do more, explain more and you benefit.  Most single-family homes require 3 to 4 hours, longer if the home is older, larger and has deferred maintenance.  Longer if you are a 1st time buyer.  Longer if the home has multiple hvac systems, multiple electric panels, several fireplaces, wet bars and other features.  We don't rush through any home inspection because you rely upon us to be thorough and we rely upon you for our future business referrals. Our goal is to exceed your needs and expectations.  Read our  reviews for insight into our methods and success.

What parts of the home do you inspect?
